ADDENDS are the numbers that are to be added.
SUM is the result of addition.
MINUEND is the number from which another is to be subtracted.
SUBTRAHEND is the number to be subtracted.
DIFFERENCE is the result of subtraction.
MULTIPLICAND refers to the number to be multiplied.
MULTIPLIER refers to the number of times another number is to be multiplied.
PRODUCT is the result of multiplication.
In DIVISION,
Dividend/Divisor = Quotient + Remainder/ Divisor
DIVIDEND refers to the number to be divided into equal groups.
DIVISOR refers to the size if each group.
QUOTIENT refers to the number of groups resulting from division.
FRACTION is an indicated division; derived from the Latin word fraction, meaning 'to break into parts'.
NUMERATOR is the number above the bar.
DENOMINATOR is the number below the bar.
[Kinds of Fraction]
1. Proper Fraction - the numerator is less than the denominator.
Example: 1/3, 2/3, 15/28, 105/201
2. Improper Fraction - the numerator is greater than the denominator.
Example. 5/2, 25/8, 128/121
3. Mixed Fraction - composed of a whole number and a fraction.
Example: 2 1/3, 3 2/5, 15 16/17
4. Equivalent Fraction - fractions that show same value.
Example: 2/5 = 8/20, 16/20 = 32/40
DECIMAL is an implied fraction a denominator of 10, 100, 1000...
PERCENT is a fraction with denominator of 100.
RATIO compares two quantities by dividing one by the other.
PROPORTION is an equation, both sides of which are fractions.
POSITIVE NUMBER is one that is greater than 0.
NEGATIVE NUMBER is one that is less than 0.

even + even = even
odd + odd = even
even + odd = odd
even × even = even
even × odd = even
odd × odd = odd

NUMERAL is a symbol to represent a number.
A DIGIT is any numeral from 0 to 9 and can represent different numbers depending on its position. This position is called the PLACE VALUE.
