Steps for Oath Taking - Professional Teachers
WHAT: INFO ABOUT INITIAL REGISTRATION FOR PRC
HOW:
1. Go to online.prc.gov.ph. Sign-in if you'll still remember your previous account at PRC website, if not just simply register and type your profile details written in your NOA(Notice of Admission).
Remember: VALID ID is your CEDULA Number.
2. Next, click "select transaction" choose "initial registration".
3. Click "PROFESSIONAL TEACHER" as your profession, and type your "APPLICATION NUMBER (NOA)" then proceed.
4. Choose your assigned PRC Branch, for example: (PNU,Schedule & Time) then PROCEED.
Remember: Don't mind if you're late/advance in selecting your appointment date, but do not forget your assigned designation because that is the IMPORTANT thing. PRC settled all the appointment's ALPHABETICALLY by designated branch for each elementary & secondary LPT's.

AFTER ONLINE PROCESS, LET US GO THE PRC WALK-IN ROUTINE.
Remember: If you want to finish early all your transactions, go as early as you can. It only last until 5pm.
1. Bring the SCREENSHOT photo of your REFERENCE NUMBER, 1pc. of passport size picture, short brown envelope, four documentary stamps.
Note: PRC doc stamps is also available in your designated area, prepare 100pesos(for 4 copies).
2. Prepare your ballpen. To fill-up your oath-taking form after you pay 1,050.00 pesos for the processing of your LICENSE ID & CERTIFICATION.
3. Fill out your CLAIM SLIP. By writing your REGISTRATION/LICENSE NO. and sign the 3 blanks(your signature) together with your right thumb mark.
4. At the back of your short brown envelope, (on the left side) write your SURNAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL. Then, ELEMENTARY TEACHER. Last, your license #. Your number, written on a slip. (On the right side)
5. Buy your ticket for the oath-taking venue.

paano po kung puro no available slots na?? ano po gagawin? no slots na po manila.
ReplyDeleteI forgot my password and I tried to register again but the website told that my name already have an account, does this mean that I can't register again or I'm just missing something?
ReplyDeleteCan I get my license the day after the oath taking or there is a specific number of days before getting it?
